Privacy Policy
This privacy policy (referred to in this document as "this Policy") describes how the Jakta company handles information and personal data provided by the client, enabling efficient customer relationship management.
This Policy applies to our websites, applications, products, and/or services related to this Policy or without a specific privacy policy (referred to in this document as "our services"). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform the client about the data we collect, the reasons for their collection, how they are processed, to whom we disclose these personal data, the client's rights regarding the collection, processing, and disclosure of such data, and to discuss all relevant issues concerning privacy and security.
All personal data that the client provides or that we already collect will be processed in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. All information will be disclosed through any of our websites ("Website") or any other methods that Jakta may provide over time.
By becoming acquainted with this Policy, the client confirms that their personal data may be processed in the manner described in this Policy. If the client does not accept the terms of this Privacy Policy, they cannot use the Website nor provide their personal data in any other way.
In this Policy, the terms "Jakta", "We", "Our", or "Ours" refer to the data controller, i.e., Jakta, the owner of the Website.
All processing of personal data by Jakta described in this Privacy Policy will be conducted in accordance with the following regulations:
– Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; referred to in this document as "Regulation" or "GDPR").
The DPA and GDPR will together in this document be called "Data Protection Regulations."
Jakta determines the measures and objectives of processing personal data and thus acts as the "Data Controller" in accordance with the relevant Data Protection Regulations.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED FROM USER DEVICES

PROCESSING BASED ON OUR LEGITIMATE INTERESTS
Our legitimate interests exist when there is a business or commercial reason why personal data processing is necessary. In such cases, we take steps to protect all personal data of the client in a manner that is fair to the client and does not violate their interests.
If we decide to process the client's personal data based on legitimate interest, we will inform them of this, present the legitimate interest, and provide them with the opportunity to ask questions and raise objections regarding such data processing. It should be emphasized that Jakta is not obliged to stop processing data if the legal basis of processing excludes the client's right to object.
PROCESSING BASED ON CLIENT'S CONSENT
Consent is not the only basis that obliges us to process the client's personal data or allows us to do so. We will process personal data based on the client's consent, in cases where using an appropriate legal basis is not possible or we decide not to rely on it (for example, to ensure compliance with legal regulations or due to legitimate interests). In cases of processing personal data based on the client's consent, the client retains the right to withdraw consent at any time in the manner it was originally given. If the client decides to exercise the right to withdraw consent, we will determine whether we can (or are obliged to) process personal data of the client based on a legal basis different from the client's consent. In that case, we will inform the client. Withdrawal of the client's consent does not invalidate data processing actions performed before the withdrawal of consent.
PROCESSING BASED ON CONSENT
To avoid confusion, we would like to emphasize that in cases where another legal basis cannot be applied or we decide not to use it (for example, our legitimate interests), we will process the client's personal data based on their consent.
In cases where we process data based on the client's consent (which we never assume, and it will be obtained in a manner clear to the client), THE CLIENT HAS THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT AT ANY TIME in the manner it was originally given.
If the client decides to exercise the right to withdraw consent at any time (by writing to us at the postal or email address provided below), we will determine whether at that time there is another legal basis for processing their personal data (for example, a legal requirement that obliges us) which authorizes (or obliges) us to process the client's personal data without their consent, about which they will be informed.
The client may refuse to provide personal data, but in the case of refusal to provide data necessary for the provision of services, it may not be possible to provide these services to the client (especially if the client's consent is the only available legal basis).
We emphasize that the client's consent is not the only legal basis that allows us to process their personal data. In the previous section above, we have defined various legal bases on which we can process the client's personal data for certain purposes.
OTHER PURPOSES
We may be obliged to use and store personal data for the purpose of protecting against losses, protecting rights, privacy, security, or property of ours and other parties in accordance with our legitimate interests.
